Towel Origami
Introducing Towel Origami, a series of delightful teddy bear towels handmade by doll artist Takefumi Oikawa using only a rubber band. With Class-1 Öko-Tex Safety Approval, these bears are safe even if they come in contact with infants’ mouths. We offer the bears in two sizes: a large bath towel version (approx. 9.84 in) and a smaller hand towel version (approx. 4.72 in).
Each bear comes with assembly instructions, and once mastered, can be folded in a matter of minutes. Addition instructions and information will be made available to purchasers via an online video. Use Towel Origami, then wash them and fold them away! Our goal is to contribute to the safety of your household. Artist Takefumi Oikawa expresses this concern for safety through his exclusive use of rubber bands designed by H-Concept, made from the same silicon rubber that is used to make baby bottles. H-Concept, a design group well known for its original designs and projects, has received international acclaim for their rubber bands. Available in bears now, Towel Origami is planning on expanding soon!
