Using primarily recycled cotton yarn, this series incorporates threads of different materials and thicknesses to invoke the image of the waves at the Seto Inland Sea (Shimanami Kaido), near the Ikeuchitowel factory at Imabari.
The finishing process uses pure water from Japan’s Mt. Ishizuchi.
